Being the lesser man

Posted by Andy in Misc

I need to be the lesser man, well actually 22% lesser. Over the last two years, I've had two major operations which means that I've not been very active. I've not ballooned in weight but I'm not as light as I should be. In a dream world, I could do with dropping 25 kgs but a more realistic aim is being sub 100 kg. I'm going to try to do this by a reduced calorie diet i.e. eating much less with a strong Daniel diet influence, basically becoming as vegan as possible. I'm also not drinking alcohol and will start doing some exercise as well and hopefully this should make a big difference.I'm not aiming for chiseled beach body but the less weight I carry round on me, the better it is for my joints and back.

I've also made the switch to decaf coffee... Best man Chris "fluffy" O'Shea did well in recommending this move. I'm still espresso'ing (at 10:30am and 3pm) but the second coffee is usually from pre-ground decaf. I've two flavours - A mild and an espresso. Both are very good with a smooth taste like their name sake and you would be hard pushed to tell distinguish between the "full fat" and decaf coffee. All due to super critical carbon dioxide, but that is another story...
